About.
Field notes written alongside a part-time PhD.
Mostly about the environment around LLM, RAG, and ML systems.
I am a part-time PhD candidate in Industrial Engineering. My work spans LLM and RAG systems, machine-learning practice, and data pipelines for Prognostics and Health Management (PHM). At work, I build RAG-based AI agents and approach failures as problems in the surrounding environment—not just in the prompt.
This blog is a working log of that process. It is less a collection of final answers than a record of what failed, how I diagnosed it, and which constraints made a solution hold up in practice.

My public work is connected through GitHub and ruahverce.com. The blog holds the engineering notes and series; GitHub holds code and experiment traces.
